Who We Are


The Force Support Flight supports over 650 Reserve Citizen Airmen between four units located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, and two units at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. Our DEERS/RAPIDS is open to all members (Armed Forces, Reserve, Guard, Active Duty, DoD Civilians, dependents and retirees). Services include DEERS updates, CAC IDs and dependent IDs.

Our heritage: The 624 FSF official stood up MPF ID V7 on October 1, 2020 and reports to 4th Air Force, March Air Reserve Base, Calif.. The 624 FSF was previously Detachment 1, reporting to 604th Regional Support Group, March Air Reserve Base, Calif.

In 2020, the 624 FSF earned the HQ AFRC A1 Special Recognition Team Award.

Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday UTAs: 8 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
CLOSED: Fridays, holidays, family and training days

DEERS/RAPIDS Public Hours:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
8:30 a.m. -11:30 a.m. by appointment only (no walks-in). Register at https://idco.dmdc.osd.mil/idco. 

DEERS/RAPIDS 624 RSG Member Hours:
Walk-ins available (please call first)
Saturday/Sunday UTA: 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. (first come, first served)

 Note: No appointment is necessary for PIN resets/unlocks.
