624 Regional Support Group Welcome

The 624th Regional Support Group headquartered at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii, is the largest Air Force Reserve presence in the Pacific and reports directly to 4th Air Force at March Air Reserve Base, California. The group provides the combatant commander more than 650 combat-ready Airmen who specialize in aerial port, aeromedical staging and civil engineering operations for worldwide employment. The group has units at JBPH-H and Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.

The 624th Regional Support Group delivers mission essential capability to combatant commanders through combat readiness, quality management and peacetime deployment and execution of five geographically separated units in the Pacific Theater. The Group provides world-class civil engineer, aerial port and medical combat support for Overseas Contingency Operations, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief and helps promote peace and stability in the Asia Pacific Region and throughout the world.
