Col. Mildred L. Grey-Theriot is the Commander of the 624th Regional Support Group, headquartered at Joint Base Pearl Harbor–Hickam, Hawaii. The 624th Regional Support Group, with units in Hawaii and Guam, delivers mission essential capability to combatant commanders through training, combat readiness, personnel management and oversight of six geographically separated units in the Pacific area of responsibility. The group is the largest Air Force Reserve presence in the Pacific, providing more than 650 combat-ready Airmen who specialize in throughput of passengers, cargo, patients, and runway repair in the Pacific and worldwide.
Col. Grey-Theriot enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1997 as an F-15 Avionics Journeyman. She commissioned through Officer Training School in 2002 and has held key leadership positions at the installation, Numbered Air Force, and Major Command levels. Her service spans multiple statuses, including Regular Air Force, Traditional Reserve, and Air Reserve Technician, and she currently serves as an Active Guard/Reserve member.
Col. Grey-Theriot’s notable staff assignments include Deputy Director of the Commander’s Action Group, Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, where she supported strategic initiatives at the command level. Additional roles include Chief of Agile Combat Support and Mission Generation Branches at the Force Generation Center, Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command; Chief of Logistics Readiness and Resources Division at 10th Air Force, Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth, Texas; and Assistant to the Chief of Logistics Resources Branch at 4th Air Force, March Air Reserve Base, California. Prior to her current position, Col. Grey-Theriot served as the Commander of the 351st Recruiting Squadron, Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia, where she oversaw 59 recruiting locations and led efforts to access new Reserve Airmen into the Air Force Reserve.
