LIEUTENANT COLONEL SHANE M. LYNCH

Lt. Col. Shane Lynch is the Deputy Commander of the 624th Regional Support Group, headquartered at Joint Base Pearl Harbor–Hickam, Hawaii. The 624th RSG, with units in Hawaii and Guam, delivers mission-essential capability to combatant commanders through training, combat readiness, personnel management and oversight of six geographically separated units in the Pacific area of responsibility. The Group is the largest Air Force Reserve presence in the Pacific, providing more than 650 combat-ready Airmen who specialize in throughput of passengers, cargo, patients and installation repair in the Pacific and worldwide.

LIEUTENANT COLONEL RONNIE R. GUERRERO

Lt Col Ronnie R. Guerrero is the 624th Aerospace Medicine Flight commander, Andersen AFB, Guam. He leads a flight of flight physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and technicians in the fields of Dentistry, Health Services, Nursing, Optometry, Training, Medical Readiness and Logistics, and Phlebotomy. He is also the Credentials Monitor and Self-Inspection Officer. Lt Col Guerrero manages the full scope of unit-wide readiness and UE Inspection preparation and compliance.

CHIEF MASTER SERGEANT ANDREA L. YOUNG

Chief Master Sergeant Andrea Young is the Senior Enlisted Leader for the 624th Regional Support Group, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. She is the key enlisted advisor to the group commander and five squadron commanders on operational effectiveness and proper utilization of enlisted members within the organization. She is responsible for the readiness, health, welfare and discipline of more than 650 Airmen in a variety of career fields including medical, aerial port, civil engineering, logistics and force support. She is dedicated to developing innovative leaders and multi-capable Airmen to meet national security and contingency requirements. Chief Young is a professional development facilitator and mentor for Airmen and Noncommissioned Officers within the command.
