Chief retires after twenty-eight year career

Close up on the retirement pin of Chief Master Sgt. Richard G. Fikani Jr. placed there by his wife. Chief Fikani began his military career by enlisting in the United States Army in December 1981. After completing nine years of active duty, he ended his Army career and settled in Honolulu, Hawaii. He then enlisted into the U.S. Air Force Reserve in November 1991 where he remained till his retirement. (U.S. Air Force photo/Master Sgt. Daniel Nathaniel)
