Karen Orcutt, a case facilitator for the Air Force Reserve Command's Psychological Health Advocacy Program (PHAP), holds up a contact sheet for 624th Regional Support Group reservists to fill out if they are interested in being contacted by her office about specific resources available to them and their families, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Mar. 9, 2014.
