Air Force reservist earns Get 1 Now recruiter award

Tech. Sgt. Michael Shinohara, an Air Force Reserve recruiter based out of Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii and a Yigo, Guam native, showcases the awards he was presented at the Air Force Reserve Command Recruiting Service Deployment Readiness Training, in Orlando, Florida, Oct. 26, 2016. He earned the Western Recruiting Squadron Top Get 1 Now Recruiter award for having the most fiscal year 2016 accessions through the Get 1 Now Program. Shinohara also earned the Top Get 1 Now Recruiter for the fourth quarter, for having eight accessions. Located on Oahu and Guam, and a component of the Air Force Reserve, the 624th Regional Support Group's mission is to deliver mission essential capability through combat readiness, quality management and peacetime deployments in the Pacific area of responsibility.
