Air Force Reservist earns Get 1 Now recruiter award
Tech. Sgt. Michael Shinohara, an Air Force Reserve recruiter based out of Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, and a Yigo, Guam native, congratulates Adrian Faustino after he signed his oath of enlistment at the Missing Man Formation, JBPH-H, Hawaii, Nov. 10, 2016. Faustino, who plans to join the 48th Aerial Port Squadron as an Air Transportation specialist, was referred by a reservist who used the Get 1 Now app. Located on Oahu and a component of the Air Force Reserve, the 48th APS provides expertise in all areas of air terminal operations to include aircraft loading, cargo processing and inspecting, passenger services, aircraft fleet services and aerial port command and control. The 48th APS supports the 624th Regional Support Group's mission to deliver mission essential capability through combat readiness, quality management and peacetime deployments in the Pacific area of responsibility.
