Two officer vacancies available for deserving Airmen

U.S. Air Force 2nd Lt. Jeremy Rhode, who served for nine years as an enlisted member with the 624th Regional Support Group, receives his commission after attending Officer Training School at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama, Dec. 11, 2011. Rhode became an officer through the Deserving Airman Commissioning Program, which offers commanders an opportunity to commission enlisted personnel who exhibit exceptional leadership skills. Located on Oahu and Guam, and a component of the Air Force Reserve, the 624th Regional Support Group's mission is to deliver mission essential capability through combat readiness, quality management and peacetime deployments in the Pacific area of responsibility.
