Victor Reinares, of Kapolei, a structural engineer, while touring the refurbished recreation center at Bellows Air Force Station, Waimanalo, Hawaii, Aug. 29, 2017. Reinares and six other Reserve Citizen Airmen from the 624th Civil Engineer Squadron are perfecting their engineering skills by installing tile on a 4,500-square-foot lanai at the Turtle Cove. The 624th CES based out of Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, is comprised of one large Prime Base Engineer Emergency Force team, 30 small agile Prime BEEF teams, five command firefighter teams and four operational firefighter teams.
