624th RSG builds resilient Airmen through Stress Inoculation training
Master Sgt. Tiana Corpuz (left), 624th Civil Engineer Squadron member, explains how data gathered through the electronic scoresheet can be sorted by unit, date, AFSC and skill level to Chief Master Sgt. Christina Bicknell, Stress Inoculation program manager for the Air Force Reserve Command. Commanders, multi-functional managers and other leadership can then use this information to identify strengths and weaknesses, isolate best practices, and help focus additional deliberate developmental training. The goal is to measure resiliency and track the development of Airman Leadership Qualities across the command.
