The 624th Regional Support Group is comprised of a headquarters staff and five squadrons split between Joint Base Pearl Harbior-Hickam, Hawaii, and Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.

The 624th RSG Headquarters includes the Directorate of Personnel Management, Family Readiness, Cyberoperations, Plans and Programs, Logistics Readiness, Safety and Public Affairs at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii and the 624th RSG Operating location-Alpha at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, which provide a full complement of services to both assigned ready reserve members and the retired military community.

624th Aeromedical Staging SQD

The 624th Aeromedical Staging Squadron, located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, is comprised of personnel with a wide variety of medical Air Force Speciality Codes. The squadron's professionals provide medical support for the entire 624 RSG, ensuring oversight of individual health and medical readiness. The 624 ASTS deploys qualified personnel to provide personnel and equipment necessary for patient movement required worldwide. The squadron's personnel support worldwide operations, including exercises, humanitarian relief and disaster response operations.

Peacetime: Train unit members to ensure full wartime mission capability; provide physical exams, immunizations, and occupational safety support to assigned 624th RSG personnel.

Wartime: Activate and staff a 50-bed Contingency Aeromedical Staging Facility in deployed locations and/or deploy a Critical Care Air Transport Team in support of Air Mobility Command.

624th Civil Engineer SQD

The 624th Civil Engineer Squadron at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, is comprised of three PRIME BEEF teams, seven Firefighting teams and one Readiness team. The squadron is capable of rapid deployment worldwide to construct and maintain airfield facilities, provide firefighting support, and coordinate planning for any disasters.

Peacetime: Train and equip personnel for rapid deployment worldwide and to meet all contingency requirements to include Prime BEEF responsibilities.

Wartime: Provide PACAF and combatant commanders with skilled personnel and necessary assets to prepare and sustain installations on a global basis, maintain airfield facilities, and provide fire-fighting support.

44th Aerial Port SQD

The 44th Aerial Port Squadron, located at Anderson Air Force Base, Guam, deploys qualified personnel to provide air terminal operations worldwide in support of contingency operations, exercises, unit moves, and foreign humanitarian relief or disaster operations. The 44th Aerial Port Squadron, which directly falls under the 624 RSG, is the largest Aerial Port Squadron in the Air Force Reserve Command. The squadron provides expertise in all areas of air terminal operations to include aircraft loading, cargo processing and inspecting, passenger services, aircraft fleet services and aerial port command and control.

Peacetime: Train personnel to provide sustained expeditionary support of aerial port operations at established, fixed and/or non-fixed terminals. Wartime: Deploy resources in support of AMC for contingencies or other higher headquarters-directed operations.

Wartime: Deploy resources in support of Air Mobility Command for contingencies or other higher headquarters-directed operations.

624th Aerospace Medicine SQD

The 624th Aerospace Medicine Flight, located at Andersen AIr Force Base, Guam, provides medical support to Air Force Reserve organizations to ensure wartime readiness. The squadron deploys qualified medical professionals in support of Aerospace Expeditionary rotations worldwide.

Peacetime: Train personnel to ensure full wartime mission capability; provide physical exams and immunizations to 624 RSG units in Guam.

Wartime: Activate and staff a 50-bed Aeromedical Staging Facility in place or in a deployed location in support of Air Mobility Command.

48th Aerial Port SQD

The 48th Aerial Port Squadron, located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, deploys qualified personnel to provide air terminal operations worldwide in support of contingency operations, exercises, unit moves, and foreign humanitarian relief or disaster operations. The squadron provides expertise in all areas of air terminal operations to include aircraft loading, cargo processing and inspecting, passenger services, aircraft fleet services and aerial port command and control.

Peacetime mission: Train personnel to provide sustained expeditionary support of aerial port operations at established, fixed and/or non-fixed terminals.

Wartime mission: Deploy resources in support of Air Mobility Command for contingencies or other higher headquarters-directed operations.
